Practical steps for using ZetNode safely, keeping documents private, and reporting a concern.

Account terms

Use the correct address

Start from zetnode.com or my.zetnode.com. Check the full address before entering account information. Use a strong, unique password and keep your email account secure.

Keep sensitive records in your account

Use the authenticated document tools for identity, property, business, and tax records. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, wallet seed phrases, or sensitive documents through public chat.

Review before confirming

Check the amount, destination, network, receiving entity, fees, and reference before confirming a transfer or granting wallet permissions. A request or pending status does not mean a transaction has completed.

Check account activity

Review account records, messages, permissions, and transaction status regularly. Report an unfamiliar action as soon as possible.

Report a concern

Email support@zetnode.com with a description of the problem and a safe way to contact you. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or full financial identifiers.

  1. Understand the risk.

    All investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Information on this website is general and educational. It is not individualized investment, legal, or tax advice, or a promise of future results.

  2. Check what is available to you.

    Product access depends on eligibility, jurisdiction, verification, supported assets and networks, and account permissions. Professional services and any third-party products may require separate approvals, fees, and written engagement terms.

  3. ZetNode is not a bank or lender.

    ZetNode provides financial technology, planning tools, and service coordination. Checking and savings accounts are not currently available. Property estimates are not appraisals, available cash, loan approvals, or credit offers.

  4. Know what is insured. And what is not.

    Investment and crypto assets are not FDIC insured, are not bank guaranteed, and may lose value. Deposit insurance applies only to eligible deposits at an FDIC-insured bank, subject to applicable limits and requirements. A ZetNode account is not itself an insured bank deposit.

  5. Understand trading and digital asset risks.

    Crypto can be highly volatile and illiquid; transfers may be irreversible. Network rules, fees, tax obligations, and regulatory restrictions may apply. The ZetNode team handles live investment and Pulse trades through an external platform. Confirm execution with the team; website illustrations do not place trades. NodeYield rewards and redemption timing are not guaranteed.

  6. Review the agreement before you proceed.

    Tax, CPA, and other professional services depend on provider availability, scope, review, and a separate engagement where required. Uploading documents does not mean a return has been filed or a professional engagement accepted. Review your written terms before filing, investing, borrowing, or restructuring assets.
